Deb Canham Artist Designs.
Deb Canham began making miniature bears in 1981 at her kitchen table, she won a number of International Industry awards and taught and lectured on miniature bear making in England, America, Germany and Japan. She designed big bears for Teddy Hermann Original and was the main designer for the `Little Gem Bears` the first miniature bear manufacturer. In 1996 she started `Deb Canham Artist Designs` with the aim of producing high quality miniature animals in small limited editions. However, she wanted to promote them as collectibles rather than `plush` and most importantly wanted to make the whole process of `collecting miniature animals` into a fun package.
